Bionomic Industries latest breakthrough scrubber system concept takes the industry-leading ScrubPac product line to the next design level through introduction of the streamlined ProClean Type CT Scrubber System. A fully self-contained compact packed tower scrubbing system that offers extremely high performance, the ProClean Type CT requires minimal field labor to install and dramatically reduces erection time and related costs. Available in two configurations to handle gas streams from 500 to 25,000 cfm, the ProClean Type CT removes water soluble gaseous contaminants at efficiencies needed to meet the most stringent EPA and state pollution control requirements. The system incorporates Bionomic’s field-proven Series 5000 Packed Tower Scrubber with other integral components– recirculation pump, required piping, instrumentation and controls–specifically engineered for high reliability, low maintenance and extended service life. All surfaces in contact with gas and liquid feature corrosion-resistant materials, and the scrubber vessel as standard is fiberglass composite construction utilizing a premium grade vinyl ester resin system exceeding the latest industry standards for unmatched quality and integrity.

All ProClean Systems are run tested and debugged at the factory to eliminate lengthy start-up procedures to facilitate critical installation schedules.

The ProClean Type CT System’s application capabilities are greatly extended with the following available options:

• Leakproof Seal-less Magnetic Drive Pump for hazardous or problematic sealing liquids.

• Scrubbing Liquid Flow Indicator to verify proper flow of scrubbing liquid to the scrubber.

• Sump Freeze Protection Package includes a waterproof blanket of super poly insulation and electric heater with thermostat control for cold weather environments.

• Conductivity or ORP Control for oxidation of chemical reagents or contaminant blowdown control in addition to or in lieu of pH.

• Differential Pressure Indicator for pressure drop determination across the scrubber.

• Chemical Reagent Feed System choices of 50 through 250 gallon capacity tank sizes with precise proportional control metering pump to optimize chemical usage.
