Overview

Series 6000 Tray Scrubber Systems are available for gas flow rates from 1,000 to 150,000 acfm and utilize sieve, valve or bubble cap trays instead of packing to achieve high efficiency gas absorption with extremely low liquid throughput. These scrubber systems have less tendency to foul than countercurrent packed towers due to large diameter tray openings and achieve higher removal efficiency on micron-sized solid particulates than packed towers.

Construction materials include fiberglass, thermoplastic, carbon or stainless steel, hastelloy and other exotic alloys.
