Overview
Series 5000 Countercurrent Packed Tower Systems are available for gas flow rates from 100 to 300,000 acfm. This series scrubber provides high removal efficiencies over 99.9% on gaseous contaminates at low pressure drop, and are designed to accept a wide range of packings, mist eliminators, and gas scrubbing liquid distribution systems to precisely meet your gas absorption application requirements.
Construction materials include FRP, FRP dual laminate, thermoplastic, titanium, carbon or stainless steel, high nickel alloys and corrosion resistant lined metal.
Typical Applications
- Scrubbing and removal of gaseous contaminants, corrosive vapors, unwanted mists, and odor control.
- Direct condensation and gas subcooling.
