| ScrubPac Custom Packaged Scrubber Systems
Overview
ScrubPac is the only available scrubber system that delivers applications specific engineering in a highly cost-effective, unitized "packaged" design.
Fully operational when they arrive on site, ScrubPac Scrubbers range in size from 100 acfm to 50,000 acfm and require only process and utility connections to become operational. A comprehensive range of scrubber types, auxiliary components and construction materials are available to meet the most demanding applications including:
- Batch or continuous operation
- Semi or fully-automatic operation
- Pretreatment options - high temperature gas quenchers, VOC condensers, super saturators for fine particulate capture
- Standard or custom mechanical components
- Local or remote system control/monitoring
- Special spill containment skids and modularized, skid-mounted assemblies for large systems or hard-to-fit spaces
Typical Applications
Successfully operating in hundreds of field-proven applications, ScrubPac Scrubber systems efficiently remove, recover or reconcentrate:
- VOCs - alcohol, formaldehyde, phenols, styrene, propylene/ethylene oxides, aldehydes, toluene, etc.
- Hydrogen sulfide and organo-sulfur compounds
- Acids, ammonia, halogens and amines
- Gaseous phase generated submicron particulate

|
| This ScrubPac removes ethylene carbonate submicron particulate and hard to scrub gaseous ethylene oxide from a dryer exhaust with over 99.9% efficiency. A special chemical reagent maintained at a precise temperature is used as the scrubbing solution. |
|
| This ScrubPac recovers and reconcentrates an ammonia gas stream into a 28% ammonium hydroxide solution for significant reuse savings. |
|
| This ScrubPac is designed to quench and remove high temperature 1600 degree fahrenheit hydrochloric acid gas emitted from a hazardous waste treatment reactor. Designed for completely automatic operation, the unit was engineered, manufactured, installed and operational in just 10 weeks. |
