 BIONOxSOLVER is the first major breakthrough process NOx control chemistry to greatly simplify wet scrubbing system operation and dramatically reduce scrubber system costs. This special proprietary formulation of powerful nitrogen dioxide reducing agents can achieve over 33% greater removal efficiency with one simple chemical addition and does away with multiple separate chemical reagents, storage tanks, and complex feed systems along with the associated high costs.
BIONOxSOLVER not only achieves these remarkable advantages but also eliminates the myriad of handling and safety problems associated with nitrogen dioxide control employing hazardous sulfide chemistries.
Low toxicity BIONOxSOLVER will not liberate flammable and dangerous hydrogen sulfide gas at lower pH use conditions, a major cause of concern when the scrubbing liquid discharge is mixed with acidic plant effluent waste streams.
Unlike typical NOx sulfide reduction chemistry, using BIONOxSOLVER eliminates the need for an additional hydrogen sulfide polishing scrubber ahead of multiple NOx absorption scrubbers. With BIONOxSOLVER only one scrubber is needed to achieve satisfactory process NOx reduction on most applications.
BIONOxSOLVER is designed to be used as a direct chemical reagent replacement for existing NOx scrubbing systems. For new applications, BIONOxSOLVER is offered in combination with the Bionomic ScrubPac™ ProClean and VentClean packaged scrubber systems to achieve outstanding performance in a completely matched system.
Typical BIONOxSOLVER applications for removal of nitrogen dioxide emissions include catalyst calcining and preparation, precious metals dissolving, acid dipping and pickling of metals, semiconductor wafer and circuit board etching, nitrite and nitrate chemical production, medicinal production, nitric acid storage and purging of soluble nitrogen oxide gases.
BIONOxSOLVER is available in convenient (4) 55 gallon drum four packs, 330 gallon tote size containers, and for maximum economy, 4,400 gallon bulk tank truck shipments.
